This homeowner was looking to turn a two-family home into two condominiums that would include two floors per unit. The first task was to demo the exterior and interior of the home to the studs. We installed an LVL beam for support to open up the kitchen and living rooms.
As part of the building renovation process, we added new insulation, drywall, plumbing, sewer, electrical outlets, flooring, cabinets, roof, skylights, and siding. On the exterior, we installed pavers, a fence, and landscaping.
